1 lb. organic grass finished ground beef

32 oz canned diced tomatoes

8 oz tomato paste

1 cup each chicken stock and chicken broth

4 tablespoons each fresh, chopped basil and crushed red pepper flakes

5 cloves of fresh garlic, minced

2 teaspoons each fresh parsley and ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground chipotle pepper

1 teaspoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

Warm the olive oil in a medium-sized saucepan on low heat.

Raise the heat, add the onion and garlic, cook until soft.

Reduce the heat to medium.

Add the stock, broth, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, meat, spices, and herbs to the saucepan.

Allow the mixture to cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add CBD oil into the pan and stir it in thoroughly, allowing the mixture to cook a little longer on a lower heat.

Season to taste if needed or add more CBD oil. If adding more oil, add a little taste, and then add more.
