Shipping Policies for THC-A and Delta-8 Products

1. Restricted/Prohibited States

Due to varying state laws and regulations, we do not ship THC-A and Delta-8 products to the following states:

Please note: This list is subject to change as state laws are updated. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of their state’s regulations regarding THC-A and Delta-8 products.

2. Age Verification Requirements

To comply with legal requirements and prevent unauthorized access to THC-A and Delta-8 products:

• Minimum Age: Customers must be at least 21 years old to purchase THC-A and Delta-8 products.
• Age Verification at Purchase: During the online checkout process, customers will be required to provide their date of birth and upload a valid government-issued photo ID to verify age.
• Age Verification at Delivery: Our shipping partners may require an adult signature and age verification upon delivery to ensure compliance with age restrictions.

Note: Failure to provide valid age verification may result in order cancellation.

3. Shipping Carrier Limitations

We partner with shipping carriers that comply with federal and state regulations for transporting THC-A and Delta-8 products:

• Carrier Selection: Orders containing THC-A and Delta-8 products will be shipped via carriers that allow the transport of hemp-derived products, such as [List Approved Carriers].
• Delivery Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses due to carrier restrictions and age verification requirements.

4. Return/Refund Policies

Customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of THC-A and Delta-8 products:

• Returns: We do not accept returns on THC-A and Delta-8 products unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds: Refunds for defective or incorrect products must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service team at info@milehighsfinest.shop with your order number and details of the issue.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Legal Disclaimers

• Product Legality: All THC-A and Delta-8 products sold by GBK Total Wellness LLC are derived from hemp and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC, in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill. However, we make no guarantee that these products are legal in your state or territory, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.
• Health Information: THC-A and Delta-8 products are not evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. • Liability: By purchasing THC-A and Delta-8 products from GBK Total Wellness LLC, you assume full responsibility for any legal ramifications arising from your purchase and consumption. GBK Total Wellness LLC is not liable for any actions taken by customers that are in violation of state or federal laws.
